A 'Thank You' note is basically a short letter to express gratitude for a gift, service or opportunity. The basic info you should write in a 'Thank You' note is the following:
   - Address the people or service.
   - Say thank you (obviously)
   - Identify the gift.
   - Express how you feel about the gift and what it will be used for.

'Thank you' notes usually are serious and polite notes of gratitude ('Thank you for the lovely gift', etc) But they can also be a simple and private act of daily gratitude to ourselves or our loved ones, just like:  'I'm grateful for having such a great family', or 'Thanks for being part of my life (to a loved one)' etc...

Anyway, I love to have fun while learning so this blog post has been really 'inspired' by the 'Thank You Notes' from the Jimmy Fallon Tonight's Show!.  This is an american late night show hosted by Jimmy Fallon, and there is a part of the show where he reads a list of things to be thankful for... but, of course, in a funny, silly, ironic and/or nonsense way. These are some examples of funny and ironical 'Thank you' notes:

- Thank you, neighbor who pays for Wi-Fi and doesn't set up a Wi-Fi password, for also paying for my Wi-Fi.

- Thank you, Croissants, for letting me know how annoying someone is based on how they pronounce you.

- Thank you, Exercise, for being the only thing stopping me from getting in shape.

- Thank you, the phrase 'let's agree to disagree', for basically saying 'you're wrong and I'm sick of talking to your face'.

-Thank you, the story of The Ugly Duckling, for teaching children that what's important isn't what's on the outside... but what's on the outside LATER in life.

So now, the challenge is for you to write down a 'Thank you' note (in a 'serious' or 'funny' way, whatever you feel like) Write it just for yourself if you want, but would be also great if you want to share it here in the comments! :)
