Sweet day

In the early morning what thing do you do when you are going to start your day ?

Look at a beautiful rose . How do you feel ? Please give a few seconds to appreciate the beauty of a flower .

It is just a few seconds that it is not waste your time . It is good for you ..

The beginning of my days , I am inside my garden and put my nose on the beautiful bloom roses . Their sweet scent bring me to sweetness of life .

What thing do you do in your day time ?

Please close your eyes for a few minutes and listen to the sound of nature .. It is very wonderful for you :)

In a day time , I stop my work for a few minutes to listen to the wind blows and birds sing that makes me feel clam .

In the night before I sleep , I look outside my window to see the sparking stars that lead me to a good sleep .

Unfortunately , It was cloudy tonight anyway still beautiful :)

At night what thing do you do before you go to sleep .

Please stop for a few seconds and look up there in the sky :)

Appreciate little things in life. Stop for a few moment to breath the sweet smell of grass, to listen to the happy chirping of birds, and even the buzz of some insects. Do not fell regret when we only lost those things we took for granted.

very nice...I hope u have many flowering plants at your home..thatswhy u can think like that..they would like to speak,but they cant.we should appreciate them,at least a second of time.
