To steal is an irregular verb as well as an irregular act.
I usually connect to myenglishclub when I am at work because most of my time, I spend it at work.
Once, I was connecting to myenglishclub busy replying to a blog post, someone entered my shop opened
The closed showcase door and stole some of the displayed mobiles. Honestly, I did not notice his presence or know when he did came in, and when I was replying I was sure that no one was inside, but when I had finished the reply, I noticed that someone had just got out. At that time, I went to check and make sure that every thing is all right; to my surprise I found out that some of the mobiles were missing. The stolen goods are worth the value of one month salary and a half. Now I have lost the feeling of being safe and secure at my work, that's why I can no longer concentrate on my activities in myenglishclub as I used to do or drift with my attention to other subjects apart my work. I am to be more vigilant and more alert, to observe who is coming in and who is getting out. You know, as I am writing these words I am at the same time taking care of the door, sorry someone came in, see you in few minutes; I am back Oh! it is becoming a hard a task suspecting everybody…
What matters besides is that I am not the owner of the shop and I am to pay a fine for the stolen goods. The thief or the shoplifter ignored this unless; he would have sympathised with me and saved me this forfeiture. In fact, I don’t think that thieves think this way at all.
I wonder:
Why people steal?
Why they do not bear in mind that one is just an employee, and struggling to earn his living?
What does it mean to take something that is not yours and enjoy having it?
YOU who is reading these words,
Have you ever been a victim of this evil act?
Or have you ever stolen something from someone? why?

I myself was disappointed, andit took me two months to start forgetting about it and share it with you.
thank you for readind and commenting.
But you know what. I actually got food for chickens from harvester's trunk because harvester was closer than the store.. To nearest store there was about 5 km. And even if they had animals food there it was probably packed into 50kg bags. :D So yes I was too lazy to work very hard. :D
And daking it from harvester was interesting too.. like little adventurer, the nights of August are also very nice in Estonia(when it's not raining). They are all my precious memories now. ;)
Thank you for revealing. ha ha ha
I'm not sure, but I think I stole some planks, when I was kid. Well at least I was there participating in it, but I'm not sure, if I got any profit beside little excitement, but If I did, then I build something from those planks.
It seems like I never had enough tableware. Raw wood I could steal from sovkhoz's forest.. But I didn't consider that as stealing. Stealing from sovkhoz or from soviet government was like not real stealing. I have "stolen" potatoes from sovkhoz's field, but mostly I stole oat and other grains for our chickens.. directly from the harvesters at night, after the harvesters drivers went home.
I am sorry as well for your stolen things.
