Muskan gave some words inviting to use them in a story. Here is my bid to make a short para using these words = nonchalant, coax, placid, whimsical, soporific and rapacious:
I was so nonchalant, took her love so whimsically, and didn’t realize she would turn to be so rapacious and possessive in love that she would not allow me to see or praise any other girl, and put me in public trial to make me realize that I was wrong. She was so disheartened that even my coaxing could not put her in placid mind. I found it such a soporific romance and decided to stay back untill she calmed down.
Soporific = causing or tending to sleep (bored) = soporific romance.
Rapacious = very greedy = inordinately greedy
Placid = pleasantly calm or peaceful = serenity = tranquil – placid mind
Coax = flattery – persuade someone by flattery
Whimsical = randomness = playful = carefree.
Nonchalant = carefree

Thanks saba for your appreciation.
It's difficult to write a paragraph with these words, Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Jeffrey you make it understandable for the mass.
You mean the words Honey, not the love. (I want to put smiling face here, but don't know how, hope you will imagine).
Thanks Expector, the advised correction has been made accordingly.
Great!
Thanks for sharing the rarely-used words - some members may find it hard to read, though.
By the way, in the last sentence, 'till she calms down' should be 'till/until she calmed down' - the past tense should be used instead of the present tense.
:) they were unknown for me. Thanks.
You are welcome Usra.
