DISHES OF PAKISTAN
We have number of meals (dishes) in our country. You can find a vast variety of food. Food taste of the people of Sub-continent goes back to monarch era and mostly attributed to the kings and nawabs (Lords) of the regions. Following are the Meals which are most popular in our country:
1.Nehari: This dish mostly eaten in the morning as breakfast (but now has become common for lunch and dinner) Its main ingredient is beef taken from the shank (front legs) of cows or buffalo. Nehari is eaten with Tandoori naan.
2.Behari Kabab (Behari Boti): This dish also made of beef, preferably of the part called hunter beef and eaten with bread (flat or tandoori).
3.Baghara Baigan (Brinjal): It is made with brinjal fill with minced meat.
4.Shab Degh: This dish is made with mixed vegetables with minced balls having full boiled egg within. If it is made without vegetables, then it is called Nargisi Koftay. (Nargis is a flower, daffodil, which looks like an eye, as I know).
- Kunna: this dish is made with mutton cooked in clay pitcher (Matka).
- Plain biryani,
7. Bombay Biryani
- Sindhi Biryani.
- Pulao (Biryani) It is made with mutton as well as some vegetables.
10.Malai Biryani (or Malay Biryani)
Rice is the main ingredient either with chicken, mutton or beef of all these types of biryanis.

I can see that your cuisine is very rich with red meat and tomato sauce in particular. About the recipes you presented, I am surprised particularly about the so many types of Biryani, because I had impression before (I think all Arabs did) that there was only one type of Biryani.. for me, all kinda Biryani are interesting...
I have another comment also.. we are familiar with "Baghara Baigan" in my cuisine, but we do it in tomato sauce, so I find the color of its broth in your photo is a bit strange..
And for Kebab, it's my favorite outa all recipes.. I don't think that anything can compete with it :D

No I am not a cook @Zivi, but I am an "eater" enjoy to eat delicious food. I you may find it interesting that I have eaten/tasted all the above mentioned dishes. There are more which I have tasted, viz. KATAKAT, , SAJJI, CHAPLI KABAB, SEEKH KABAB, SHAMI KABAB, KOFTAY (MEAT BALLS), which I did not mention in my blog just to avoid lengthiness of the blog.
If you have any restaurant in your area run by PAKISTANIS OR INDIAN you can enjoy these dishes there. There are lots of in UK and USA.
Yes are dishes are spicy, based on how much you like them spicy.
