How can we develop a real friendship?
First try to understand what is the meaning of real friendship!

I found a golden book which guides for build up a genuine friendship!
I like to share them with you.
If you want others to like you, if you want to develop real friendships, if you want to help others at the same time as you help yourself, keep these principles in mind!
1. Become genuinely interested in other people.
2. Smile.
3. Remember that a person's name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.
4. Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.
5. Talk in terms of the other person's interests.
6. Make the other person feel important - and DO IT SINCERELY
Try to follow this six golden principles, but make sure to always be honest!
Do these things according to your conscience!
Then only you can have the real feeling of true friendship!
Yes! True Friendship...........................!

i'm totally agree with you buddy cos as you told some people tend to execute this operation some what exaggeration way... i mean its like amplification the above mentioned core executable phases... so some times this makes series of troubles in accordance to the understandability of the other person....
but i guess first we should need to use our common sense to identify the person who we are going to talk to by carefully analyzing his or her common attitudes and the behaviors my friend...
then this will guide us to reduce the problematic scenarios which can be created during the discussion session...:)
