In my pitiable knowledge, show off is mostly an egotistical tendency that comes with a requirement to get praise/honor/admiration by others. It may feel them superior among viewers or in the public. We people have a tendency to show others how splendid and cool our lives are! In life there, many of the choices we make only based on to look better to others. I would say it is an attention seeking disorder.

Some people show off to achieve a hopeful react, if they behave this way then will return back positive response and respect by people, so they continue with that performance to touches their hearts.

Some we show off by hiding our originality. They desperately want others to like and notice us. Try to impress  and convince them that we are special, worth knowing and flourishing, we do it intentionally because want too much attention from our familiars.

All these show-off motives are an open secret to understanding the audience easily, but some of us showing off by intelligently.Such people behave they don’t like the persons of the attention seeker, but in intelligently they expose it to others, while they talk they highlight about their expensive car, new clothes, ornaments, branded perfume and shoes etc. Example” X  fell into an easy conversation with “Y” about her journey to famous place, she said” I visited that place and enjoyed a lot but got furious while returning back our BMW car was pushed by another car with so much forced from behind and some scars were obvious , it was so disgusting, will not visit that place anymore.”

Maybe I share the post , just about getting your likes, attention, jealousy, wishes, inspiration and fame etc. Whatever, who knows my intentions ;) ;) :) :)...
