It was winter. The past few weeks I can see a homeless man sitting near the Bus station, covering him with a blanket, holding a McDonald cup in his hands. His face is pale and painful. He never asks people any thing. Every day I make sure take a pound coin before I get down from the bus and give it to him. He always says, 'Thank you' with a lovely smile!. Days going by I can see him getting weaker and tired. Its getting very cold. I don't know his name or where he is from and how he got here. But really I want to do some thing. I went home and asked my family ' Can I invite that homeless man to our home?' Every one at home gone silent. No one responding. Then I try to tell my family we got a spare room in our basement, let him come and stay with us. After many days of endorsement, My family accept it. Today I am very exited to invite him to my home. I woke up happy and I already took a day off. I walked to that homeless man, and I haven’t given him his pound today. I asked him 'Would you like to come to my home?' The man jumped and he hold my hands and said 'Thank you, I love to come'. He is in tears. My heart is light. Normally If we invite homeless people they dont come. They prefer to stay out in the streets. I took him home, and showed him his room. He had a good shower after a long time I think. He had his lunch and sleeping nicely. I hope he will stay with us until he find a job and find his own place to live. Why not share If we have enough!

Dear Risty Aven, Thank you for taking your time reading and leaving a heart touching comment. I appreciate it sweet heart. People thinks England is a heaven and as soon as you got there you get every thing is free, they are risking there life to got in a boat and coming here. Its so sad to see many people end up in streets. When ever I see a homeless person my heart go with them. No body wants to live in streets, and we can understand how much they are desperate. I try my best to help them. But in other hand not every homeless person is not in real desperate. They are there because of their alcohol and drugs habits. I was told kindness is a crime, because unknowingly we are supporting the person for his drug habits.
Thank you dear Risty.
Dear Ms. Ada, this makes me cry. You know, in my country there are a lot of homeless people roaming around mostly in city areas, children who are asking for money are scattered in every corner. When I was in college, I will sit for awhile, look around me and see these people, though they are lacking still they managed to smile, I think about myself, if I don't educate myself, I'm no difference, I came from a poor family that's why I know the feeling of someone who doesn't have any choice in life but to live with this cruel world. Most of the time, I deprived myself to buy anything for me, I always have thought in mind, I can still buy tomorrow if God will allow but these people doesn't have anything now and I don't have the slightest idea if they still have their tomorrows to feel my sympathy or my tomorrows to help them out. This blog is really moving. Thank you so much and as always, may God bless you as you continuously help other people.
Dear RK, Thank you so much for taking your time reading and comment I appreciate it. The man in this blog stayed with us for a year and the government (council) gave him a place to live now. So he moved and he is working now.
