Life is busy for everybody! No matter you are of big fortune or you are poor to work hard everyday! you have to face the same problems in health! sport is required and healthy diet is necessary! don't say no! for it will shorten your survival period!
Learn to know more on your health! it will really help!

hi everybody! thanks for your comments here. I am a senior person now. Even though I have got pass my half of my life to stay with people, but I don't think that I have enough knowledges to get along with people. I am now working in a alcoholic manufacturer as an salesman. We are busy with my customers everyday. we want to stay with you if i have time. Thank you!!
