Depression is a mood disorder that causes a low feeling and sadness, and loss of interest in everything. It can also lead to emotional and physical problems. Feeling sad or in despair happens to all of us. This sensation usually comes to a person and will stay for awhile. The most common cause of this is being heartbroken in a relationship, when one can't surpass a painful breakup it would lead to depression. The effects are they will easily get irritated, loss of appetite, broken sleeping patterns--some will sleep too much and some won't be able to sleep at all. I usually get depressed because of work loads and  cause of some personal problems, sometimes i skip meals as i don't feel like eating, most of the time i can't sleep even i wanted to and i get annoyed so easily and i feel like crying every time. But it doesn't stay long.

  • you can read motivational book before sleep. try meditation. The biggest cause of depression is failure of expectation. So, never expect anything from anyone. Good luck!
