Today I'm not busy at work so I come online here in EC using my computer, nothing to do so I checked out  what's the latest on the main page and I saw this blog, so I decided to write my own daily routine.

I usually wake up late as I sleep late at night because I have a hard time sleeping as I have insomnia. My busiest day of the week is Friday, there's lots of things I need to do. I always leave my bed at 7:00am, first, I'll have my breakfast, mostly it's pasta or noodles dish as I wanted a heavy breakfast, and a cup of coffee or iced tea. Then, I'll go back to my bed as I always feel so lazy and take a nap again for 30minutes....hehehe! After a short nap, I look into my closet to see what I'll wear for the day, then I'll take a shower and wear the clothes I chose.

When I reached the office, I'll switch on the AC and my computer. As I'm in a house and building design and construction firm, I have to call our suppliers for the materials that are needed at our project site and be sure that it will reached them on time. After that I have to check all our E-mails, billings and purchase orders that needed follow ups. Then I'll take all the cheques from my boss and encash it in the banks, and deposit few moneys in some accounts. Then I'll go back to the office to call our foreman for the construction worker's attendance. After confirming the attendance for the whole week, I'll make the payroll, count the salaries, triple check it if needed and distribute it in worker's individual envelopes with their payslips.

As an admin and account assistant, I need to be sure in everything that I do in the office especially when it comes to money. Then, I'll face my computer and type all those stuffs that I need to encode and make new excel formats for my boss. After that I'll go to the first floor where our are people working, to check if they're doing their job well. Then, I'll go to my boss'es restaurant, located at the next block to check the workers (as usual).

Most of the time I have my lunch so late, around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. After my sumptuous meal, I'll go back to the office and call our suppliers again for follow ups, print some documents, make a call to our sub-contractors, and file all the finished documents in its place. When our worker come for my boss'es restaurant, I'll get the paperworks, check it and make the inventory sales/purchases for the past whole week, then make a report for my boss'es three firms. I'm handling his three companies so I'm always in stress because of the work loads.

After all the work done, I'll go back home at 6 or 7pm, sometimes I stay in the office till 9pm.
When I reached home, I'll have my dinner and have a night bath to freshen up my tired body, then go to bed. That's the only time I'm free so most of the time I come online to read articles or watch a movie or listen to songs with my headset. I also come online here in EC to read and comment on blogs and discussions while waiting for my partner to come home from his work and then accept his skype or fb call and have a chat/talk till we fall asleep.

So that's the most busiest routine I always have. Thanks for reading guys. God Bless!

  • @Rhaani: Hello! Thanks for the compliment sis...I chat for hours in fb or skype, most of the time I fell asleep with the call still running...hehehe! I got my insomnia 3 years ago, when I joined Yahoo messenger. I got addicted to chats over there and I met new friends, lots of them infact. That's the time I kept on chatting till morning even I have work the other day. So it changed my sleeping habit, but I don't regret it as I have met friends from there. Thanks for dropping by sis! Have a great day!

  • @Evangelina: It's indeed a long and tiring day for me everyday sis, it's my routine. Yeah, i ate my breakfast and take a nap again after having it but not every time. I just do that when I feel lazy going to the office. And same as you, I'm afraid of not being able to wake up again. Btw, that thing happens at night most of the time, having a nightmare and won't be able to wake up. Anyway, thanks for the comment sis Evangelina! God Bless!

  • @Elen: I have to be responsible as all the works are on  my shoulders. It's not a huge firm, actually it's just a private company but the thing that makes my work hard is that I'm handling three firms of my boss, so I have to be patient and I really need to work hard as I have three different companies and lots of workers to look after. I love my job, but it's a bit stressful sometimes. Thanks for commenting sis!

  • @Mishaikh: I edited the blog already, I haven't noticed that as I just took out time for this blog when ideas came out of my mind yesterday. Thank you for the suggestion and for patiently reading my blog. God Bless!

  • @Keen Learner: Yeah, I have to be energetic as I need it on my work. But the thing is, sometimes I get sick because of over fatigue and stress. I should have to manage my time well as most of the paper works are urgent, so I need to do multitasking for me to be able to finish all the works. Thanks for dropping by here in my blog :D

  • @Alice: I always have a busy schedule, it happens to me everyday. So sometimes I can't avoid stress as my job is too stressful as I handle everything in the office. When i have free time, I'll come online here in EC to read and it makes me a bit relaxed. Thanks for the comment sis :D

  • Wow Maya! You have a great job!! You are responsible for so many things! That's mean that your boss trust you! I always dream to work hard in a big company like you do. You are a career woman! I wish you a nice life dear :)

  • If you break this blog at least in to 4 paras, you would have become even more easy for the readers to read.

But as I am a habitual reader, I did it. Thanks for sharing a part of your life.

    God bless you.

  • Wow Maya what a hard day at work!  You have quite a busy schedule and I thought my work is hard!  You should find something relaxing to do at night so your body and mind can take a break from all that stress and EC is just the perfect stress buster! :)
