More and more members have found the "correction tag" very useful and tried to use it.
If other members see the tag, they will try to help correct you or your writing. Sometimes they will just point out the mistakes and encourage you to correct them yourself. They will try to do it openly or publicly, which some members may think is a bit embarrassing. So, make sure you really want others to correct you in public when you use the correction tag - they will try to correct you, even though you're an advanced learner. And, other members who can see the corrections may benefit from the corrections, too.
Keep in mind that most of the members who will help correct you may not be native English speakers, much less native English teachers. They may just be some advanced members who are trying to help you, which means the corrections by such members might be incorrect - just for your referrence. You could ask Alan, the mod of EC's "Grammar Help" , or a native English teacher like Tara for help if you are not so sure about the corrections by another member. English can be so tricky that sometimes there's a mistake in each one of the sentences you made.
In fact, everybody makes mistakes. You don't need to be so nervous about making mistakes (grammatical, spelling, or typing) when you're writing. We learn from mistakes, though. As MyEC's blog mod, I really want or invite you to correct me whenever you find an error or a mistake in my blog post.
Keep and enjoy your writing!

You're not alone in feeling that. Yes, it's so desirable to learn English in an English speaking country. You should try to speak it as often as possible - no shortcuts to learning English.
@CHOITAIB
Thanks - you're welcome!

Thank you for your notes .I read it carefully .I would like to ask you… Does your correction belong to my comment or to my blogs generally ? because I see irrelevancy between my comment and your correction .
Please feel free to correct my bogs or comments .
@Tara
Thanks so much for the corrections. Yes, we should do it in a right way whenever we try to make corrections for other members. Bear in mind that our goal is help others learn more by correcting them, not to humiliate anybody.
@Expector Thanks so much for posting this reminder! I appreciate all of the help with corrections!
@Dufourmentel Christian,
I appreciate your effort. Please keep in mind that correcting must be done in a gentle way. Please don't make members feel bad about their mistakes or errors. Many members feel embarrassed when they realize they have errors. We are trying to change that on MyEC. Here are some ways to offer corrections, based on some of your mistakes and errors:
Great tips! Don't forget to use capital letters where they are needed. That's my personal pet peeve. :)
Actually, @noaslpls used "point out" correctly. "Separable" doesn't always mean that you have to separate the phrasal verb. Here is a useful explanation. I hope it helps you.
Did you know that you don't need to use a space inside a bracket? (on TV) not ( on TV ) Check out this week's Writing Prompt.
@Dufourmental
Thanks!
@tawfeeq
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed all the corrections. Yes, it could be so hard for learners to correctly use prepositions or adjectives. It's hard to correct all the mistakes in a blog, though. Sometimes you just point out the main errors. Thanks for the comment.
@AH-TK
I hope you'll find the forum helpful.
I always read corrections of blogs in EC .I think using prepositions is the most confusing point because they are many in English language .I also note many members make mistakes when it comes to arrange adjectives. Thank you Expector Smith for your useful blog.
@noasl
As always, you were the first to comment on this blog. I'm glad that you don't mind others correcting you in public. Yes, if we make corrections publicly, other members will benefit from them too.
@Rim
Thanks!
@Mishaikh
I appreciate that you're always grateful for any help from others.
@Luzzi
Thanks for the fun comment.
@AH_TK
Alan is the mod of EC's "Grammar Help" forum. Did you see the link to the forum in the blog post? Try to check it out.
@Dufourmentel
Thanks for trying to help correct other members - I really appreciate it.
@Muskan
Thank you for the comment. I'm happy that you find it useful to learners.
