It's very obvious that this is a normal meal for those who belongs to lower class like me, and my week isn't complete without this. :D. Actually, this cooking lesson has a different twist. Would you agree with me that cooking is like a love story?:) Never heard? Or maybe you're unaware that these two procedural art are almost the same. :D

Let's start.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients as we prepare ourselves for someone who will just come to bother us and will declare a "getting to know phase", we will be needing 1 clove of garlic (small-just a small amount of attention to that guy for this moment,please!:D), 1 pc of onion , 1 tsp. of salt and 1/2 tsp. of pepper, 1 can of Century Corned Tuna (take note, it's a Ph brand, find your local brands and limited to 3 flavors only; "flakes in oil", "hot & spicy", and "Corned tuna", this will not work on other flavors). As you know like the given components, first brace yourself, you'll be needing some necessary information from a resource person - should be reliable! You have to investigate how true and sincere this guy and get some facts about him...for sure, most of us done this earlier. :D

2. Minced both onion and garlic, I like it very small so I will not notice it is there. :D. Open the canned tuna, and it is no less in love this moment you agreed to have a date on him, oh yeah! Choose your best dress that will give you a princess-like feeling, that you know for sure will enhance your unwavering charm.Go out now. Cheers to that!

3.Back to our cooking lesson, set the frying pan, put some sunflower oil, heat it up (for a minute). Geeezz, SET your mind as well, if you think he likes you, your imperfections, your flaws (only mama knows), likes and dislikes in life and love.

4. Saute garlic and onion for 2 minutes, then pour the tuna, saute ,saute, stir, stir, (give 5 minutes). Yes! you should invest some of your precious time darling, love isn't your psychological 4 minutes attraction, this will never last long, enjoy the moment as you stir the tuna, stir your interlace feelings for each other so it will blend just right. haha.. :D

5.Put salt and pepper to taste, stir again for 2 minutes. Afterward, turn off your gas now. The getting to know stage, dates, gift-giving, time-consuming phone conversation are all enough to elevate your relationship to an another level. Finally, you want to say "YES", then what? These aren't enough to believe that you will have a stable relationship, smooth-sailing huh, why not put some efforts, additional respect, and commitment (well sorry, I think I should have to say this sooner!:D)

Enjoy our meal..this isn't as beautiful as you may see but I'm sure it's very delicious, based on my taste.haha..:D, I would like to dedicate this to all lovely people of EC... ;)
