To my reckonning, the question tags would be as follows:
1. She and you are responsible for the loss, aren't you? - or - isn't it?
2. Let me see the film, will you? - because here we are asking the active subject "you" for permission. But if we say - You will let me see the film, won't you? - according to the "Question Tags" rule.
3. Let us go and see the film tonight, will you? - same reason as the sentence above, but should one ask - "Let's go and see the film tonight, shall we? Because the short form of Let us is seen as a proposition, and here the active subject is "US", moreover, the sentence is just a declarative proposition, and the "Question Tag" rule should not be applied in this case.
Well...that's how I see the issue... but I might be on the wrong track.
