Hi sorry for this late reply but as to your question, I think that Debra couldn't accept Leo's apology since she's dead perhaps by her hand or his, although by the looks of his remorse it might be that he had a hand in her death.

We never know how we react to betrayals, we just pray that we don't like Debra lose hope because then we would not see the great love kept for us in the life of remorse lived out by our beloved in our passing. A wistful read, thanks. :)
Sophia... me too... when I see a long post ( like my first and second post! ), I think what if it has many words that I don't know them, then it will take me a long time and during that I'm just checking new words... so I decided to write and read short posts as much as possible... my comment seems a little long, doesn't it? ;)
