Believe Him...

Since that discussion with Debra, Leo sits at the window and watches her in that café, smiling at customers and serving them. He likes the way she laughs, and more than that he likes the way she gets angry, then he says he is sorry and she smiles again…

He told her that he was so sorry, he told her he just lost his control and didn’t want to hurt her, but… she didn’t accept his apologize…

No television, reading, correspondence. He doesn’t care to leave the room, or know who furnishes meals, pays bills…

His life is whatever passes outside the window…

His world is joggers, changing seasons, passing cars and… Debra’s ghost…

[ The main story is written by Jane Orvis, I made lots of changes in it, he is a professional writer but I like this story more in this way… anyway… Mr. Orvis, you have my apologize… hope you to accept it, what Debra did not…]

  • Maya... your thoughts are true for both of them... girl an her man, and I learned something of your words:" When you do something wrong again and again, it's not a mistake anymore, it's a choice..." am I right? :)

    Thanks for your comment...

  • Blessing... welcome back... we missed you here :)

About your comment I should say that you can see the whole story here :D

And about your question... maybe she leaved him but he couldn't forget her because of the depth of his feeling, so he started to dictate himself that she is still there... or maybe as Alice said he is a murderer... thanks for your comment...

  • Alice E. it's okay... you are completely right...

  • Some girls love too much, but when her man whom she deeply love betrayed her, she can ignore and forget that love for her not to get hurt. Mistakes can be acceptable when it happened once, but when it happened again and again, its a man's choice. So some girls turned their back to the love they cherished before.
  • Hi sorry for this late reply but as to your question, I think that Debra couldn't accept Leo's apology since she's dead perhaps by her hand or his, although by the looks of his remorse it might be that he had a hand in her death.

  • Alice E., at first thank you for your comment, I want to ask you a question and I am waiting impatiently to read your answer....Do you think that Debra didn't accept Leo's apologize and then leaved him? After reading your answer I will tell you why I asked this question, thanks again...

  • We never know how we react to betrayals, we just pray that we don't like Debra lose hope because then we would not see the great love kept for us in the life of remorse lived out by our beloved in our passing.  A wistful read, thanks. :)

  • Sophia... me too... when I see a long post ( like my first and second post! ), I think what if it has many words that I don't know them, then it will take me a long time and during that I'm just checking new words... so I decided to write and read short posts as much as possible... my comment seems a little long, doesn't it? ;)

  • Sophia... thank you... actually I thought if I post something short, more members will read it but I got an exact opposite result... why??? :)

I am going to publish it again... I am coming guys... ;)
