No doubt that the life is released from that simple creature, the plants they're the essential source of life of all other shapes of life , do you know how?... The plants take the simple components and water from the soil and in presence of light energy from sun the plants start to compose food for us,other creatures and even the microorganisms by one of t biological processes calledl photosynthesis. And this what I consider it the start point of life.

  • Oi there, Salem,

Food chain and start point of life are two different stories. The start point of life indeed has different theories - one propagated by the Holy Scripts and the one presented by scientific studies and research on fossils and petrified remains of ancient forms of life.

As you have frankly expressed that the "start point of life" is indisputable for you, I really see no sense in presenting any theory on the evolution of the food chain correlated with the evolution of forms of life.

  • Thank you my friend rysperski, what I want to discuss is the start point of food chain which is well known term in biology science , however the start point of life is a religious and not debatable issue atleast for me as I am mouslim.
  • Oi Salem,

You were kind to mention "start point of life", so, plants do not start any form of life nor are they the indispensable element of life ...they are themselves a part of life in our present environment.

  • Thank you rysperski for your comment but what I mean is the current situation not the origina of life.
  •  Oi there,

What the start point of lilfe is depends on what one considers life to be. All the living organisms we have in our contemporary environment took its roots about 2 billion years ago when the crust of our planet started to cool down and innumerous pools of water with dislolved elemnts - in general called "primordial soup - gave the right environment for the formation of monomers through entropia - second law of thermodynamics . Then the kingdom of  prokaryota was formed with bacteria, protist and archae organisms [single cell organisms] not only by photosynthesis but mostly by chemical reduction.

The prokaryota kingdom evolved into the eukaryota kingdom [multicellular structures] which gave our present kingdoms of Animalia, Plantae and Fungi. Even today, there are organisms living in environments completely deprived of any sunlight such as deep sea regions or caves, where the main source of energy is created through chemosynthesis.
