Aloha EC ladies and gentlemen!
When was the last time you enjoyed a sunset or a dawn? (which one do you prefer?)
A beautiful and easy thing to do, isn't it?
It's one of these little things we all can do to bring us a smile. And it just takes few minutes! A short break from our super-busy-daily-routine-full-of-important-things-to-do :P
Anyway, apart from bothering you with sunsets and dawns talk, I wanna share a very interesting documentary film that was released just few days ago (October 21)
Before the Flood is a movie made by National Geographic with Leonardo DiCaprio in a three-year journey exploring the subject of climate change ---yes, Hollywood stars are useful for helping to spread this message, at least :P
I know the topic might be not so 'appealing' for some people, but it really worth... and it's a movie not so 'hard' to watch since it has been made for mass comsuption "in an effort to inform and spur the public into action."
You can watch the full documentary online because it's already available on different platforms. But you don't even need to look for it because I'm sharing it here:
If youtube is not available in your country, you can also find the full movie in the National Geographic Channel (here: http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/before-the-flood/videos/before-the-flood2/) And also here: http://fmovies.to/film/before-the-flood.4qzlk/zx1mnl (you can see the english subtitles clicking on cc)
Oh and btw! This can be also like a listening skills practice to improve your English, so you're killing two birds with one stone! :P
Thanks for reading and... don't forget to take a break for enjoying a sunset or a dawn one of these days ;)
Have a nice weekend.

Hi MARY. I have just watched this video. And I am also terrified because of those things that happens on our planet ."Mordor" is a right word to describe that industrial polution.
Thank you for sharing this video.
Hi MARY! I will watch it later!
Thank you! Have a great weekend too!
Eva! Oh my! How awesomely sweet you can be!! ^_^
I agree with you, the sunsets & sunrises near the sea are really special.
You've remarked some very interesting lines, and I totally agree with you. The problem is really serious but mass media and governments have lot of business and interests so they don't really want to promote any change or to inform about it properly. But it so necessary a change in our lifestyles. If at least we just had a good educational programm for ecological awareness in every school... That would be something. But we don't even have that, so we should 'educate' ourselves. It is our responsibility as well.
Thanks a lot for your super nice words and all your support. You can't imagine how much I appreciate it...
Lot of hugs!
AG! I'm glad to be 'useful'! Thanks for dropping by! :D
Ohhhh Adaline!! What a BEAUTIFUL sunsets and sunrise!! Thank you so much for sharing!! You know? you and Batuhan's comment are giving me an idea for another blog. Thanks a lot for dropping by and for the inspiration! :)
Dear Mary, I like your picture of the day.
Back home Our sunrise will be before 5.30. am. I am from India's land end town and the tip of the peninsular where the Bay of Bengal, the Indian ocean and the Arabian sea meet. Our Sunrise is a breathtaking moment and visitors come to my town and stayed overnight to see the early sunrise.
Thanks Rebeka! But... where do you hope to be one day? :/
setareh, yeah sunrises/sunsets are great if you're surrounded by Nature.
Thanks for your sweet comment ^_^
Luci! haha nah, I'm not a party animal! And the times I've done that in my teen days I was feeling too sleepy to care about dawns! :D
Batuhan, nice to see you around again.
Yeah, Luci has 2 cute reasons to wake up very early. And yes, I've had the chance to enjoy sunsets in Firenzi/Florence. They are really nice, indeed :)
Thanks for dropping by!
