Aloha lovely EC people!
Yup! I'm bothering you again with more pictures and topics about respect for the enviroment! How annoying can I be?!!
I posted this picture in Adaline's blog (about her cute Fox neighbour) But since I love the message, I also wanted to share it here so you all cannot avoid to see it! (I'm 'programming' your brains, muahahaha!)
Okay, this is also the message I wanna share here:
I don't know whether you like animals or if you don't really care about them; whether you feel more or less empathy for them. I just wanna ask you this almost like a personal favor:
Please, DO NOT harm animals.
DO NOT scare them.
DO NOT step on them on purpose.
DO NOT pay for looking at them in a cage or a wild animal show or any tourist service.
Ask your children and people around you to do the same and we'll make together a little less cruel world.
For making this possible, this time you don't have to DO something. This time is about NOT TO DO. Isn't that easy?
Thanks for reading.
P.S. Just in case you're wondering if I'm gonna keep bothering you with stuff like this, I'm gonna dispel your doubts: Yup! I'll keep sharing this kind of messages till my fingers bleed typing... and beyond! :P

Hi MARY! Here you just opened my eyes... I like animals and I wish the same as you wish... But unfortunately, sometimes it is not so easy to see the truth... No, sometimes it is easier not to see the truth! I mean that I didn't even think about those animals in a circus... Ofcourse I knew that poor animals do all those interesting for the public things, just because of the reason not to be offended. But I didn't even compare those two things together: "The show in arena" and "The training process". It means that we see only the cover of violence... The beautiful picture that hides suffering of animals.
Thank you for sharing MARY!
setareh, nice to see you ^_^
Thank you so much for such a nice and sweet comment :)
Mishaikh, yeah, there are lot of people who love to have reptiles as pets! I don't really like to see people having exotic animals at home, because it makes me wonder if these animals are poor victims of illegal animal trafficking. In any case, in my opinion, wild animals should never be pets.
Thanks for commenting (again) :)
Grace, yes agree with you!
Thanks for dropping by and sharing your message :)
Echo you, Mary! Besides, instead of buying pets from pet shop, adopt them from shelters if possible, which might help to reduce pet overpopulation.
Setareh,
I have seen people (even young boys) who keep lizard and snake as pets. I do not know how they can manage that. I even can't think about it.
Dear Mary, apart from lizards and snakes that I am terribly afraid I love animals and I totally agree that we should respect their right to live. We shouldn't bother them for our pleasure. It's cruel. Thanks for sharing your valuable thoughts.
Hello Mr. Bob, nice to see you around!
Thanks for your comment, I totally agree :)
Thanks my sweet Adaline! You're always an inspiration for everybody here :)
Oh Mishaikh! What a weird girl! She was the mad one for sure haha...
But as same as kids have the manners and education they receive from their parents, it's the same with dogs: If the owner is stupid, the dog will learn from his/her stupidity :(
Woah! big fearless rats! Ugh I'm sorry to hear that but you know? Some people have rats as pets! haha... Well, what can I say... I guess "there's no accounting for tastes". Rats are very smart animals but I wouldn't like to have them around either. I think you could make money selling these rats to those people who like them as pets! :D
Thanks for dropping by!
Hello cool Jade!
You've pointed out another interesting issue: the (big) amount of meat our society consume. That topic deserves more than one blog :D
I'm not gonna say that we've to become all vegetarians or something like that, actually animal proteins are good for us. But I think we should reduce the amount of meat our society eat, because that would be good not just for ecological issues, but for our own health. We are omnivorous, yes. But to eat meat is not something that omnivorous animals do almost every day (as we do now). That's what predators do, and we are not predators (we don't have fangs or claws) Actually... even if this might sound 'funny', we should be having the same diet of any ape! And apes don't eat steaks, right? :D
You raised a very interesting topic in your comment. Thanks for that! :)
noas! Don't tell me you don't like animals but you take home and take care of abandoned kittens! hahaha How cool you're! ^_^
Yeah okay, rats and roaches are not very 'popular'... But there are also soooo many people that we find disgusting and annoying but we don't even think to kill! right? :D
And you just can tell Ninos and Cappuccino to take care of that! :D
Thanks for dropping by cool Noas ^_^
My sweet Eva! ^_^
Totally agree with you, as usually :)
Well, you know? I'm not a fan of insects either! haha... but you know I just mean that if we don't like any animal, that doesn't mean we have automatically to kill it. There are always other options :D (to avoid, to ignore -usually animals don't look for 'troubles' with humans and they want to avoid us as well)
It's so cute of you what you say about spiders hahaha... They scare me a lil bit as well! But every time i see one i just put it in a glass and release it outside the window... But always keeping a distance me & the glass with the spider! hahaha Anyway, I'm learning to not to be so afraid of them and I'll tell you my 'secret' in case it helps you: next time you see a spider, just look at it in the distance and put it a silly human name like 'Pepa', 'Miley', 'Stacy'... You can look at it and say: 'hey Stacy, what's up!' hahaha... I know it's silly and people can look at you as if you were crazy but believe me, it helps to overcome any animal's phobia XD
Thanks for your sweet words (but 'activist'? no way! haha) and thanks for being around ^_^
Well, you know I had to sacrifice my lovely sofa for my two naughty cats, right? If I don't like animals, I don't know what am I. LOL But I do draw a line with rats, and cockroaches. They are just annoyingly annoy animals.
Dear Mary, thank you for your advisable messages. I love animals no matter whether they are wild. I’d like to add one point of the suggestions. I hope all those who care about animals and the environment eat or buy less animal products. That will be very practical to protect them.
Thank you for sharing it with us.
