i visited my relatives on countryside one day , they still make noodles by hands and dry it under sunshine , people in Taiwan like nature(make by hands) noodles more , they think it smell nice and tasted delicious than which made by machine .
I have never made noodles but I think traditional ways are always better. The hand that making it add dashes of passion and love to it.That's make the noodles delicious :D
