Garbage? Not any more!

Have you ever wondered what are you going to do with a heap of garbage that is staring at you? Certainly they are going to pay a little visit to the trash can. But there is another way. Reuse them! You heard me, this way, you can do the mother nature a huge solid. I am not going to bore you with statistics here and say how many used bottles are thrown out every minute, or how many plastic bags are scattered in the wilderness after a lovely camping, or...I think you got the picture. That is not my job , plus I hate statistics and numbers,so next time you wanted to throw something out, take a good look at it, maybe it deserves another chance.

Whenever you feel like it, try some of these recycling ideas and share them here:)

  • Life growing inside of a rusty pot, very poetic.

  • This is a very good message. We can hear more often how important is to recycle; but people still don't know that even more important than to recycle is to REUSE!
I remember, when I was a kid, people used to fix the broken things; but now we don't do that: we just throw it away and buy new stuff (there is also the EVIL planned obsolescence! that pisses me off so much!)

Anyway, thanks for posting this topic. I like the thing about the candles! It looks very nice... But it's also important to have a good 'taste' for doing stuff like this; otherwise, your place could look like a junk yard! :D

One of these things I do is to use different things as flowerpots. I like to grow plants in rusted cans haha... I find beauty in the metal oxide :/
