Dear Captain,

I'm much better now. Even though I haven't found my life direction, yet I am moving on meanwhile keep seeking for it.

Word came that Fay's brother who had suffered from mental desease for years and was locked at home committed suicide. It is a long story. Let me make the long story short. Fay and her military husband sent him to a madhouse. After a while, he seemed to get better and even learned how to look after himself as well as chat with several familiar friends and relatives. Afterwards, Fay picked him up from the hospital and let him live with her core family... Fay told me the reason why he finally killed himself pehaps because he failed adjusting himself to the new life as a normal one.

His death started me thinking over a question. As we're more often taught to love the others, love your surroundings, forgive others and so forth, shouldn't we love ourselves first? And how do we love ourselves? How can we please ourselves? We need to offer help, and we also need help. I don't see with Fay's relatives and neighbors who assumed her brother a coward and a selfish person. Instead, I guess he must have suffered a lot before he made such a decision. I'm sorry that he didn't tell even his sister and ask help from the people around him.

What do you think of those who commit suicide? Do you think we can offer timely help and stop such sad things?

Enjoy your day, and take good care of yourself! Love yourself!

Yours,

Nikita

  • What beautiful dews! Wow!

Your rose with dews made up my lovely mood, giggling. Thanks! Do you mind sending a rose every week? hehehe. Kidding.

    Your comment is especially beaitiful.

  • Flowers have a long-term positive effect on moods. Specifically, The presence of flowers led to increased contact with family and friends. Less depressed, anxious and agitated after receiving flowers, and demonstrates a higher sense of enjoyment and life satisfaction. What's your feedback about flowers? ⊱ Mickey ⊰  Sis. :)2389334260?profile=original

  • The the question is, it seems everyone has a busy and quick life. Who can be the clever guides of the others? Doctors?

If love can solve most problem, I doubt why people are mean to each other sometimes...

Have a sunny day, sis Anele!

  • Yes, my ES. I think they should have shared their stress with the others. We have family, relatives, and friends. We always have someone who love us. They need to ease up themselves when they are not happy.

    ;-)

  • if the result is not to others expectation, so what!

I love such attitude! So cool! giggling. People seem to ingore themselves in real life. Actually you are right, first of all you should learn to love yourself and then others.

Nice to see you after so long time, sis pls!

    ;-)

  • Glad to know you're enjoying a good journey. Take care always. And please send my regards to Captain X. hehehe

  • That was really sad.  It's really hard to deal with people who have the tendency to become suicidal.  Most of them want the attention of someone (might be loved ones or someone special to their heart) to themselves.  This selfish attitude has really gotten into their nerves that people who tend to stay with them should have lots and lots of patience to understand, love and accept them as they are.

These kind of people need wise guidance from clever people.

  • People who took their own life may have felt too stressed or something wrong with their mental condition.

  • We can only love and appreciate others after we love ourselves first. How do we love ourselves? By appreciating that we are different from others. We are unique. We don't need to measure our success to others. Always remember that we had done our best, and if the result is not to others expectation, so what! Always take good care of ourselves, and most importantly, I think, appreciate little things.

  • Oi Nikita, My journey is going very well. Thanks for asking. See you around.
