Dear Captain,

I wrote back to Markus, the man who asked help from me before. I don't know him, but he does know me. He lived in the gerocomium which I worked. Yet when he lived there, I had already left it.

The iron woman is his daughter-in-law. Now he is taken care by her. You know what, she doesn't allow anyone except her family to approach and talk to Markus. I couldn't understand such situation until Markus told me a story. Let me make it a short story. The woman wants to sell his farmland. So she picked him up from the gerocomium and tried to persuade him.

I don't know how to help him. However, I wrote to him and expressed my opinion, if I were him, I would sign the contract to exchange a peaceful and free life. It's hard for him since he has lived on the farmland all of his life, yet everyone is born to die. There is not afterlife, after this life you remember nothing. You'll not take anything with you when you say bye to this world.

Maybe I am wrong. But I do care if he is free and happy.

Yours

Nikita

  • I see with you, sis sewar. But pushy people are here and there, now and then...
Long time no see, wish you all the best.
    ;-)

  •        Really I hate such people, Sweety, who do their best to buy other's memories even with high price. Our memories are not for sale!!! God bless you my little princess.

  • Yeah, so many problems and issues are caused by possessions. Take what belongs to you, let go those are not.

    ;-)

  • You are right Mickey, it can be hard to let go of possessions.
  • What is yours today, belongs to somebody else's tomorrow...

Nice saying! And that's so true!

How are you recently, sis bala? I missed ya.

    Giggling~

  • It's always hard to let the things you think belong to yourself go... But yes, you are right, sis pls. A peaceful life is more precious.

    ;-)

  • Absolutely True.. Nothing is Permanent in this World...so no need to be more attached to the nonliving things......What is yours today, belongs to somebody else's tomorrow...

  • You're right. It's maybe better to let go earthly possession in order to achieve some peaceful life. Furthermore, his 'legacy' with the farmland can be continued with different type of legacy by other people who maybe appreciate it more.
