Nikita's 9 letters to Captain X...f

Dear Captain,

I think I am really a wallflower.

I am sorry to have upset mom. She held a party for me days ago as I was out of hospital. Yet she invited some strange young guys without letting me know before. She claimed they were her colleagues' sons. I wondered where were the daughters of her colleages.

I kept silent from the beginning to the end. I didn't mean to be a wallflower, instead I am one. And mom knows that, always. She should have hid her transparent intention better. I am not disabled, I just have a worsing memory as time goes by. After the party, I told her what was in my mind directly. Surprisely, she shed tears.

Why does she think it can make her reassured if there will be a guy who is willing to take care of "disabled" me for her? I am bothered by her over love yet I can not do anything because I anyway don't have the heart to hurt her. What can I do...

Don't worry, I feel better and more peaceful after writting this letter to you. Thanks for being my listener. I hope you haven't been tormented by my nag. Enjoy your day!
