Dear Captain,
Oh, I am so tired now. I was the bridemaid for Fay. She married Jun, the soldier I mentioned to you before. It was a peculiar wedding which was full of local characteristics.
Fay wore a set of red Chirpaur. When the groom went to the bride's home, he had to give the bridemaids red envelopes filled with money or the girls wouldn't him in. I got the lucky money as Fay's bridemaid. When the bride arrived at the groom's home, she had to Jump a brazier at the gate. The groom part played rough at the first encounter so that the bride knows to be obedient to him.
At the banquet, the bridemaid helped the bride to toast to the guests so that the bride could keep her elegance. I can't drink but I had to. So I poured water into my cups to instead of white wine. Yet I still had to go to the washroom now and then.
I hope Fay will be happy all of her life with her hubby.
I really need some rest now. I'll tell you more things later.
