Dear Friends,
We, Indians have National Pledge and it is an oath of allegiance to the Republic of India. It is commonly recited by Indians in unison at public events, especially in schools, and during the Independence Day and Republic Day Celebrations. It is commonly found printed in the opening pages of school textbooks.
This is our National Pledge:
India is my country and all Indians are my brothers and sisters.
I love my country and I am proud of its rich and varied heritage.
I shall always strive to be worthy of it.
I shall give my parents, teachers and all elders respect and treat everyone with courtesy.
To my country and my people, I pledge my devotion. In their well-being and prosperity alone lies my happiness.
I am proud to be an Indian and take this oath. But But, though it is our National Pledge, I feel as a Human, I take oath for this World as a whole, so I would like to take this oath by replacing "World" in place of "India"....
Yes, though we are separated Geographically, we have got united virtually...We are all human with the same root, that cannot be denied...Based on our Place of Birth, Culture, life style etc. our Looks have changed but we are all Sisters and Brothers....
When i am able to understand the feelings of my Friends who are not in India and have many times felt the same wavelength with my Chinese or Iranian or Philippine or Malaysian or Egyptian or Russian or _____(fill any country's name in this) sibling, how can I treat them as an alien and confine myself to one Nation.
So, I would like to know what is your Nation's Pledge ?

True words...The Pledge that we take is not only for us to recite but to do in action, to perform in real life.....But the sad part is that, as u said, nobody follows and they deceive themselves...
Very nice my dear. Actually, I think all peaceful countries in the world have the same pledge as the Indian one. But instead of India, the word, there is Jordan or Egypt or Pakistan or Iran or ..............etc. But my dear, according to what is happening around us this pledge became just a written words, no more no less. Sometimes......just sometimes we like deceiving ourselves and believe that all our actions rise from this pledge, which is nonsense. My dear, God bless you and your family as well.

Regarding getting out of the circle ... you have a good perspective of how we should get out of our small circle and widen our knowledge and contacts with the world as we all are humans.
I agree with you about all of that.
However, I see it from another perspective. If you don't love yourself .. I mean here by love yourself is finding the peace with yourself .. to know your disadvantages and try to over come them and know you advantages and work harder on them.
I mean by love yourself to accept it and not to hate it.
How someone can love ppl around him while he hates himself ?
How someone can love other countries while he hates his own country ?
Everything starts from here .. from yourself.

AH..(oh..how can i call u then..? its so difficult to call u as AH..cos it sounds like ahh.. and so headless is perfect, i think.....anyway, i should respect ur feelings...so....) you know, before coming here to EC, i had a very small circle, i know only my family and my relatives who lives in my city and my college friends...then, it widened when i got a job out of station and moved to various places bcos of job transfer and switch over.... This ofcourse changed me a lot .....my affection towards my city got widened and it came to a District level and then to State level and then to Country level....Now the next phase has come thro' the help of this EC......
Now I got more friends and relatives all over the world, with the help of this EC....so, i think now my affection towards one country would widened further to World level.......hehhehehe, i think i was able to give u my justification for writing as "Hope we ll get out of this circle soon".....oh....let me have a sip of a cool drink and come to the next one.....
Yes, regarding Egypt.....i really have told u the truth....i studied abt ur country in 9th standard and after that i forgot about it due to my professional course....After coming to EC, Egypt reminisced my school days and it gives me some pleasant memories.......i ve more Egyptian Friends here......that too, one among them is very close friend of mine from the beginning till now and will forever......so, sorry if i had hurt u in anyway....
If I replace your lines, India to World, than sentence will be..

OMG! What Indians wants to do, do you want to captured whole world?.....
