It's time to summarize! Every time it's difficult for me to do it. I'll try to be fair taking into account all the arguments.
In my opinion, the best caption is presented by Rosenmaiden. The girl's name at the picture is Nina. So is in the anime film "Arakava under the Bridge", in which a blond haired heroine's name is also Nino( or Nina.)
