I invite him to go on Skype so that we can practise our speaking skills. At first he don't really like my idea and said that he is not really comfortable with his pronunciation. Then I replied and said "that's why we are here at Englishclub to practise our self and to learn more about in English, don't be afraid I my self too I have a pronunciation problem with my words. Don't say that you can't, If you will never try. You will never know." And then I convince him with what I've said.
Conversation on Skype:
Martynas: Do you hear me?
Me: Yes I can hear you. Do you hear me?
Martynas: Yes I can hear you too
(then the conversation continue.... And I ask him again)
Me: do you understand me?
Martynas: Sometimes :)
Me: Same here, I can't understand you too, sometimes
(We both laugh about it)
Me: it's okay at-least we try right?
Martynas: yes
Me: we are only here to practise our speaking skills. Don't worry someday we will be fluent on it, like the others :)
(then the conversation continue... )
At first we are not comfortable to speak in English but when the times goes on I can feel the enjoyment and happiness. And then I'm become more comfortable to talk and speak in English.
**I made this to improve my writing skills please correct my mistake and thanks to Martynas Šilgalis

Nice blog. It reminds me the first talking with friends vie skype. Most of our conversation was: Do you hear me clearly and Yes. But I have had some good friends since then. Thank you for sharing.
Noaslpls yea I am happy to have a Skype partner. I really need to improve my self, thanks for the comment ^_^
Arif saeed Thank you for correcting some of my mistake ^_^
Yeshiwua, I am glad you found a good skype partner.
Your first sentence "I invite him to go on skype " I think it would be better if you say " I invite my friend to join me or come on skype" note: we should not start with pronoun.
Your second sentence "practice our speaking skills " hmm doesn't suit I think " improve our speaking skills"
Your third sentence "he don't really". For he, she, it we put " does or doesn't as an auxiliary verb, so here we would say "he doesn't really like". But what I feel here here you should write it in past tense "at first he didn't really like"
Your fourth sentence "said that he was not really comfortable"
I just tried to help. Pls get them verified once (^_^)
Thank you for sharing your experience.
