Music is a tone or sound that is arranged in such a way that it contains rhythm, song, and harmony. Usually music is only used as a medium to express the contents of the human heart. But actually music has been known from ancient times where many researchers who revealed that music as a therapy is very useful. Music as a therapy is basically used to improve, maintain, develop one's mentality, manage emotional health, express emotions, as well as social interactions. Someone who is stressed out can try this therapy as an alternative to relaxing themselves when there is a lot of daily activities.
