Just because noaslpls told me that she really wanted to do more 'tests' (hehe) there is this fun and interesting quiz about the most common English Words. It is very easy and I'm sure you all really would like if you try it; this is how it works:
Go to this site: http://www.jetpunk.com/quizzes/most-common-english-words-quiz.php
And then, you'll have 5 minutes to write the English words you think are the most used (write the words in the area marked "Enter word here:") The words can be nouns, verbs, adjectives, prepositions, articles... whatever word! And then, you'll get your score (would be nice if you share it here) and you'll know some of the most used english words.
It's really a very interesting quiz, I'm sure you would like so don't be lazy and give it a try! (and if you don't like, you can come here again and put the blame on me) :D
