It's Poop this time Tara????? Gosh.

So what is a pooper scooper? And why is that when people are tired, they say, "I'm pooped?

And here's a poopy story:

As many of you already know, I live near Bologna Italy. The University of Bologna is quite large and there are important Med and Vet schools there. Years ago, the university did not have closed numbers and I remember there was once a large community of American students; around 2-3,000. Most of these students were there because they didn’t find a place in an American med school.

So an American guy here told me about a joke he and a buddy would play on the Italians; sort of a street theatre thing. Here’s how it went:

Back then, most trains in Europe were divided up into compartments of 6 places with a corridor running down one side of the train car. I’m sure you’ve all seen that in old movies. So the first American would look for a compartment with 2-3 people in it already and sit down. A minute later, his buddy would come in and  sit down too. People didn’t normally notice though, that he had smeared a blob of peanut butter on the toe of his shoe before coming in.

So off the train goes with everyone all cozy and snug in the little compartment when the first American would say (in Italian of course) “Excuse me, but it seems you have some dog poo on your shoe. Could you be careful please?” That always gets folks’ attention. Then the other guy would look down, get a smaller dab of peanut butter with his finger and taste it. “You’re right” he would say. “German Sheppard”.
