Nice blog and even nicer story behind it. I also know this story from my Mom.
Like the father in the story, I have a suggestion for you. Keep this fine story in a separate file and vitit it everyday making corrections of the mistakes you have made.
It would be a good idea to make the daily corrections in different colours, so, as you improve your English, the story will show you how fast you are improving your English.
