did you have the same experiences that often at a loss of eating when lunch time at the noon of working day?
often have no ideas where we should to go for lunch? you got boring as soon as thinking about that restautant you were used to.
i did weekly meal plan for myself.
monday is coffee day, go nearby find a quiet place, have a cup of coffee and spaghetti, forgetting that i have long four working days behind me...
tuesday, traditional chinese food, i am get used to these hard working days slowly...
wednesday, increasingly, heavy working tasks make me forget personal things and leisure time, i can not stop to reply email, writing report and participate in various meetings, i felt so unconfortable if let me stop and have a break, so put piece of bread(breakfast remains) in mouth hurry to busy again, so happy working days...
thursday, following wednesday's speed, i became as expert that confidently and loudly reporting in new product introduction meeting, exactly and accurate answer everyone's questions, i felt so great! the key point is my boss have same feeling with me, so he invites me to lunch together, no doubt, big meal! i like.
it's friday again, sudently, someone metioned me "do you have any plan for weekend?""oh, it's that time again?" i drop down my reports,turn off my computer, postpose my appointment we have talked. i want to do nothing, i would like to eating my lunch for a long time, maybe last to 3o'clock PM its better, than i can just walking around in company and get home at 5PM...
how about next week?

Hey you will not believe that how much motivated I am to read your article. Do you know why ? Because I am not health conscious. After reading your article I am thinking that I should make also my meal plan. We all are busy in our professional life. But we should give ourselves some spaces.
The meal plan will help us in various way .
1. We will be healthy.
2. Our mind would be joyful.
