Many times, I stay alone and think about the true meaning of life. I was born, grow up, study, got married, make friend, etc. Every event or period I have passed by has its own meaning and given me a lot of emotions of happiness, sorrow and bitter as well..
Acknowledged that life is beautiful, however, finally we all will die, or in another word, the final destination for all is "death", why do we need to live...?

Hi my friend, I think the answer of your question is relies on everyone's religion and culture. In mine, the point of living is to worship God and build the world. As it is God's welling, so we have to flow freely and lovingly with life. Every day when I wake up, I thank God for giving me a new day to praise and worship him. And my friend, except for our life, we could not see our nice families and our beloved friends, isn't that enough for you??????? God bless you my friend and your lovely family.
Thanks Grape for sharing a nice photo. Children always are the unending happy of parents. I have a 4 year old daughter and looking at her while she is deeply in sleep is my favorite act every night. Certainly, there are a lot of worthwhile reasons for us to live despite of whatever occurring tomorrow. Over 30 years of presence in this life enable me to recognize that the purpose of life is found in the way we passed, but not the final destination we reach..
let's admit we do not know why we live and die(we do not know what will happen after death, humans do not like ambiguity and invent cock-and-bull story ) "why do we need to live" it is personal decision

Thank you Bala, I truly believe that there are a supernatural power playing with us in each moment of our life. I still remember a saying in a Canadian film "Emely in the New Moon": "life of each person like a story which its end had written before it was created". However, no matter how our life will be determined, I suppose we should try to complete our duties in any circumstance..
I agree with u totally mr.vvquang..... even i use to feel the same as u written..... but i console myself seeing the other living creatures... like, one day i happened to see ants.. moving here and there, carrying something...my mom asked me to keep some ant pesticide, for killing so that it wont spoil our food items... so then, u see its life was in my hand, unaware of all these, the ants were still busy in roaming with food.. i poured the powder on them... some died...still others were busy in carrying....what they want to do? where will they keep? to whom will they give? what is the purpose of its life? dont know..... is our life also similar to ants and somebody is playing with us.....

In my mind, life is a long trip of seeking happiness and I also agree with Moh that there will be an afterlife when we pass away, so be forgiven, kind hearted whenever we can, not only in order to have a comfortable afterlife but also to be serene when leaving this life...
