First of all, let me remind you that I am not a teacher of English, so this is just a suggestion. The idea came to me while I was watching this movie called Before Sunset.

I believe some of you out there are so eager to speak English fluently (like me), you wish you can speak with someone 24/7. My former English teacher used to say “if you want to master English, marry a native speaker of English.” You wish if at all that will happen!
Thus, just like in the movie, what I am suggesting is that find a friend, make a day or half a day out, then talk anything whatsoever but of course must be in English. You can either find one of your offline friends or you can ask any of your online friends who so happen live in your vicinity or others from the same country.
Just one day out might not be sufficient, so you could go out with one friend this week and another next week is up to you. You might even find more things to talk about in the second and third meetings. I am sure you will make a quick progression in speaking.
Just like the movie Before Sunset which actually the sequel of Before Sunrise.

I don’t know about you but I even noticed Celine’s English has also improved in the sequel. J Celine is the leading female in these movies and she is French.
It’s funny how it happened. After writing about this, then it dawns upon me that I just had a friend from Germany who was having a long holiday here. We spent quite some times together at least once a week during her 2-month holiday. We went to the parks, talked over lunches, walked around a lot and talked a lot too. Now I realised that our English has improved a lot.
So give it a go.
