Our abilities to express ourselves in words  , always surmount our capacity  to do things  . Let me  , say this differently  the gap between what we say and what we do .

This is an innate part of our humanity  , a thing that we shouldn't  shy away from , and it isnt a defect at all . Our imagination  via our language as an alluring  tool of communication , exceeds   what we are able to do . In general people accept childish  lies as a sign of brain thriving . But on the other hand  , they refuse  talkative  grown up talking  nonsense  or chat a shit  , without  accepting  it as a sign of language thriving or imagination   . Why is today's  culture  calling  us to shut up . Maybe  because  , we have many visual things around  and we have cameras  in our cell phone  , ready emoj and many many apps  , that are demolishing  the old oral cultures  of many parts of the world.

My people  say that  " that the greatest  poems are  , these which are full of lies " or impossible  things that we can't do . As they say  "  he / she   , sewing a garment  from the moon " to speak about dreamers  or looking from the middle of his head to indicate  excitement  and fear  . I think creativeness is ingrained  first in languages  , not in doing things   , which we might consider  as the 2 phase.

Languages  are designed  with affiliation to our neuorological system to be something more than reality

This oblige  me to say  , that in learning languages   , we need to practice  it to nourish  it  . Because  , this is the only way to master it  . We need to talk more  , we don't need to study   more  or  do the fill in the blanks , our words must be louder than our actions  in this case.

Because  , all of these  multitude methods of learning   , have had proofed  their completely  fairlur   . Hence language  should live around it isn't a dead corpse or a mummy for others to watch in a museum  .

  •   Thanks for the nice commend  on my blog Mishaikh  :)

  • To learn a language the learner should love it too.  We should all languages and hate none especially relating to it to a certain ethnic group.

    Good work Rosemary.

  • @ AG ,  thank u for the wonderful  and beneficial  comment  on my blog  . U are right about my lecturing  style of writing   . I think I need to learn and write  more to change  it  . U have drew my attention to an crucial  point in writing  both in English and Arabic :)

@ MA  Chy  , thanks for passing here to read my blog :)

  • amazing thoughts, well written, and strong proving ideas... this is always how you are.. I only have a concern about your writings.. one day in the past, a friend here told the same concern exactly about my writings... she told me that I speak/write as if I am lecturing.. and this method doesn't leave the space for others to interact with my writings or to raise a different or an additional point of view..

In other words, a person can not do but agreeing with every single word which you say.. because your ideas are usually told skillfully and deliberately in a way that leaves no space for argument..

well.. if you are writing these words to be read only, then this is exactly how you should write.. but if you are writing to be read, argued, and discussed, then you should think again to leave intentionally an empty or incomplete compartment for the others to fill in..

Thank you so much, Dear Rosy :)

  • Dear Rosemary :), Thank you very much for sharing your thought. And you are right, for perfection in any language the multiple practice is hardly needed.
