Kalau kamu mau, kamu makan tiga kali dengan hari. begitu, kamu tidak menambah bobot. Control your meals and avoid eating between meals such as, snacks or small chips and ice cream. But as I said before, lovely ones don't need to lose or gain weight. Sorry Dewi, I used the verb loose on my first comment to your blog, could you correct that?
He he ... Sir , you are right . But if my weight keep increase then my health become weak. Everytime i am in trouble or something messy my mind then i keep eat and eat :( this is very bad habit of mine . As i know others are opposite . They are become more skinny .
