However, James Kingston is traceur (traceur is person who does parkour) with many years of training. It is the reason why I love this video, footage that makes me to feel adrenalin - this unknown substance under my skin, but because of James. What are you feeling from this incredible experience?
What can help us to have more confidence in our movement is good to do running-barefoot, the uneven surface or to have healthy inner ear. Or anything else? Training? Anyway, I have a problem with my balance in the eighth floor with railing. But always when I do running over whole meadows or in forest with barefoot, I feel confident in my life and happiness (as every movement in my life, interestingly). Just the walking barefoot occupies our thoughts and we think on one thing.
