What I noticed is that people who write untidy look the same in their real life and on the contrary the ones who write neatly are very neat and organized. And I think that handwriting could be changed time to time, mostly because of your attitude to life or changing of your character.
Though it is still a very controversial topic, I believe there is. Countires as Spain, Argentina and Italy currently offer an accredited degree in handwriting analysis. In Belgium we have private schools who also provide graphology classes and people who have their degree work for companies which want to hire people or even fo the State police. So i guess it might be reliable.
Hello! Handwriting is a very personal matter. Of course i think, it's supposed to reflect character and personality. Some people have easily a readable handwriting. And now that word processors are becoming more and more common, people have less motivation for good handwriting.
The teachers aren't in a position to ask learners to change their handwriting style, but they can insist on neatness and legibility. Thanks.

I think all things related to a person has a relation with her/his personily : talking, walking, looking, hand writing....
