It's a blessing if love is mutual.
Suppose I love someone and expect the same love from her, (this is right to wish so), but the wish of such exchange, depends upon the love in return. When it stops or diminish, the love in heart diminishes. But In case I love someone without expecting that I will have the same love in return, then MY LOVE WILL BE FOREVER. (This is the higher level of love, where lover does not care whether beloved loves him or not, but his love continues).

If both person choose to grow together and are involved with each other, then yes I believe that you can be deeply in love with the same person forever. Love begin with a spark which doesn't last forever. But when that love spark has gone, if you have a good communication with your partner and healthy relationship, love could stay. And sometimes there come a time that you'll experience a huge problem inside the relationship that might cause of someone can loose his/her feelings during these tough times. But if both want real commitment with romantic love, then both should do something to make the relationship working till the end. The best way to refresh feelings is to do something new, something what can pull us out from boring life and routine. Travelling, surprises and pleasant gifts are nice idea. Because we were so plunged into our commitments that we forgot to enjoy the life.
Anyway every couple is a world and i,m not telling you this is the key to the happiness in the marriage.
