now, i'm confused about whether it good or not learning a foreign language, even if i'm a learner now. In my opinion if people are not going to immigrate in a foreign country, they can not master the language very well. so it is just time-wasting in some sense for learning a second language. but some others will say it is a communication tools for study and job, yes, i agree with it. however, if people use the second language in their own country as a working tool, maybe it is hard to make a progress in thier job. because people have left away from the foreign language enviroment, more things they will have no senses .how to say , for me it is kinds of like giving up half way. i do not like the sense.i just like English, i want to learn it well, and want to master it like a local people . i know it is very hard. so i confused about it.

It is normal to question your actions when things get hard to do and there are other ways you might want to use your time. But, you were right the first time when you decided to learn English. Also Amber if you make use of this group and your new friends here you can become good at English.
I have read several of your posts and know that you are feeling frustrated,but you already know so many words in English that you can communicate well even if not yet perfectly. You can also look at some of the videos in my blog if you want to practice talking with good English pronunciation. As long as you are willing to keep on fighting for your future by working on your English, you will do well.
I want to encourage you to continue and not to give up. keep finding people to practice with and opportunities to use English and you will become confident. :-)

Very little clear, detailed communication can occur between people who don't have a common language. Learning the languages of others helps in talking to people, reading and writing each other.
