You have no idea how being able to give makes me happy, daddy. Ball shit, Sarah! Don’t you try to play around. Say the truth for once in your life. But dad, I swear to God I’ve just told you the truth! What do you want me to say? The truth, Sarah, the truth. How dare you lie to me? I am not lying; it is all my money; I don’t have to lie to you. I’ve done nothing wrong, that’s not fair.
Fair! What do you know about fair? It’s all my fault that I’ve let you work and got that God damn job. But Dad … Shut up!Cannot believe that you gave 50 JDs to a taxi driver! Your whole salary is 100 JDs, who could you? Are you an idiot?
But it is my money, it’s my salary. I did what think is right. This taxi driver was talking on the phone, when he picked me up; I think it was his wife, who was talking to. He was so frustrated and scared. He has a daughter my age, which is sick. I guess, he was waiting this phone call all day long to make sure that she is ok. I was not sure what was wrong with her, but I looked to his eyes in the mirror, while I was sitting in the back, and I heard his voice. To me, this was enough to make my decision. I was so moved. When he hanged up the phone, I asked him about his daughter. This 21-year old girl has a Gynecological Cancer. I decided to give him the money. Don’t you ever think, daddy, that the possibility he could be lying to me did not come up to my head. However, I’ve been already made my decision, and there was no way to get back. I do not feel sorry about what I did, on the contrary.
Sarah, you are crazy, how could you believe that shit? You think I’ll buy it? You still don’t believe me?
Instead of giving charity to strangers, you could have given this amount of money to you father; he deserves this money God damn it!
He needed them too, mother. This is my money, my hard work.
No, sweet heart, cut this crap. This is our money. Your father and I have given you this chance to get the job you’ve always wanted, thanks to us. The time you should spend helping me cook and clean up the house you spend it at work. So, don’t show up at the end of the day and tell me that this is your money. It’s ours, Sarah. Are you listening to me? It’s our money, and you’re grounded. You wont be able to teach in that damn foundation again, end of discussion.

thx Charos for sharing ur opinion.. appreciated
I would love you, though, to read the rest ..I need you to be critical this time
Very sad... I wish it was a fiction. Seems like the parents couldn't wait to find a smallest pretext to ban their daughter to work... :(
