This week I received an e-mail from Caramail, the service I use tu receive messages. The message says that Caramail is going to cancel all the services it offers to its custemors since it does not gain or made any benifits out of them. The 15th of February 2009 is the deadline and when all the services are going to be canceled. What aches me is that I have some precious e-mails archived there and I couldn't bear the idea of deleting them. Most of them belong to English club: news letters, 7 secrets, invitations ,and tips that contain useful general knowledge. Really, I do feel sorry for myself. I am thinking about a possibility to transfer them to a file on my PC or something like that.
Yes, for sure you should be able to transfer your files to another webmail account, as Nafis suggests. Caramail say they are trying to find another service to continue your account, but in case they can't do that you should immediately open a gmail or other account and start transferring. It may be a bit tedious, unless they have some system for transferring in bulk, but you can do it so no need to feel (too) sad :)
Or you can make another acount in yahoo or Gmail. Gmail has two gigabite storage space and is really practical to work with. You can transfer your previous emails to this new acount without deleting or anything else. It does not need to save on your PC. This is my suggestion. I hope it works for you. Are you happy right now?
