I am sad

You are too busy to remember me

Is it a wasting of time to come and see me

You do not have time for me.

I will not bother you anymore

Forget me, do not remember me

but

when you will want to see me, call me

I'll also say I am busy.

    Thanks, Evangelina, that is all your love you think of me this way.  

    As I have commented earlier it is the urge of emotion a lover feel this way, but when the beloved approaches, the lover forgets everything, but the beloved.
