As you know I am a high school teacher.I am working in a CBSE school its too far from my state means over three states from my state.But yesterday I got an opportunity from government Employment.''OFFICE ASSISTANCE''in a university.its in my state.I can go to home every week.I was thinking about that,what can I do?If I resigned from this school my students will be alone(till the next teacher come).Next thing is I don't know the next teacher can care my students like me?I want to become a good teacher as my grand father.So I don't like to leave from here.

SABA....I just told them like kidding to know their attitude about my leaving.But they don't like me to leave from their.they told me pls live their at least 2 years.coz,they will finish their high school studies.I am still thinking.................

Hi Nishan!

Leaving lovely students is very hard,......on the other hand, losing a good job opportunity is hard too. I read other members comments, four members ( Bianca, Estanis, Pearl Harbor, Nawa) suggested to take the job opportunity.

I think traveling long distance is dangerous, if you talk with your students about the dangers, they should be happy their teacher to choose a safe job.

Thanks nawa..thanks for your kindness...last days I discuss with my students abt my govt job.but they told me ''don't go''...wanna to b here minimum 2 years..coz,after 2 years they will finish their high school studies.I don't know what to do.still I am waiting what will happen next...

thanks dear frds Bianca and Estanis.........thanks for ur good suggestions..but just think abt students.many teachers are done like that...I dnt knw how can I do????????????????I think its like a cheating my students...here more than 900 students..
