How will you describe the color blue to a blind man?

One of my friend ask me that question, she is a call center agent now she told me about her experience while she was interviewed and one of her interviewer ask this question to her. And now she's asking me about this difficult question that I need to think it hard what would be the best answer to this. My answer goes like this "If that man acquire his total blindness by an accident maybe there's no need to explain the color blue to him because he already knows it but if he acquired his total blindness since birth I would explain to him the feeling of loneliness, the feeling of emptiness and the feeling of being left alone that's what color blue is.Guys & Gals if you have other answer to add on please share it with me, thanks!

    I would say blue is a deep and calm color that make you feel secure and confortable.

    Great question! I would say blue is the colour of a baby before she comes into the world, takes a breath of fresh air, meets her mother, and turns a pretty pink.

    i agree with your first answer,but about the 2nd not at all.if i were supposed to describe blue to a blind person,i would say that this color brings about feeling of calmness and what it does to you is the same as when you hold a piece of ice in your hands;cool and pleasant.
