how to study English well ?

Hi boys and girls:I'm a learner of English. I come from China. I love English and I want to improve my English level. But I Don't know how to study English well. There are reading, listening, writing and speaking Which one I should study first. Maybe we can learn from each other. What's your advice to me ?
