Everyone has problems. I would say something from my experience. We have to analyse the problem. Depending on the problem, we have to do the following actions.
a) Sometimes we have to interfere
b) Sometimes we should away from the problem
c) Sometimes we have to ignore
d) sometimes we have to ask others experience about the problem
e) Sometimes we should keep silence
f) Sometimes we have to wait patiently for solving itself
Solutions are vary. But we should take the right decision for the right problem in right time. But instead If we worry about the problem, we can’t come to the conclusion. Be clear. We are the one know our problem very well. So we are the one can solve the problem, don’t be stress. Be cool to solve any problem.

Yeah...it's always us who make the final decision. Even though we are surrounded with good advisers, the last say will always be ours. So when we finally made up everything to resolve a problem and it didn't work out, we have no one but ourselves to be blame.
Your tips on solving a problem are pretty convincing. It does wonder to keep silent and let the time solve everything. Fate will decide.
