Learning any language is a consistency issue - it's better to spend 30 minutes to an hour daily than it is to spend several hours once or twice a week.
Don't expect magic pills for learning - learning a language requires time and most importantly USING the target language. So find ways to build English into your daily life whether it is reading something in English, listening to podcasts or music, watching English movies or TV shows, writing a blog like you have done here, chatting with others, and so forth.
