How the Empire will Prevail

How the Empire will Prevail: Will Washington Foment War Between China and India?

This article is not written by me. It is not written by any crackpot conspiracy theorist. It is written by Dr Paul Craig Roberts who was Assistant Secretary to the US Treasury in the Reagan Administration, Associate Editor of the Wall Street Journal, Senior Research Fellow in the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and held the William E. Simon Chair in Political Economy, Center for Strategic and International Studies, Georgetown University. I suggest you read it.

Quite often politicians use the left hand to stir things up and the right hand to calm them down. Which hand to use depends on their mood and appetite.
