I had to say good-bye when I left the US. For me it
was very difficult to say good bye to my friend but I had to.

Sometime it is difficult to understand when a
person says good-bye, sometimes it is temporary and another it is for always.

More friends have said to me good-bye maybe I
never can see them again but we stay in contact on the Internet

That is life!

It’s very said but true.

Did you ever say goodbye to some knowing it would be forever?

I do. Many people have a great difficulty with saying goodbye. Some of these people develop different techniques to handle these emotional times. Recently, I had to say GOODBYE and that was hard. I said, "I love you. I wish you enough". I explained it this way. "I were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good
things to help them through the bad time. Then he recided this poem:

I wish enough sun to keep your attitude bright.

I wish enough rain so that you appreciate the sun even more.

I wish enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.

I wish enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.

I wish enough loss to help you appreciate all that you possess.

I wish enough "Hello´s" to get you through the final "Goodbye"

  • I can see your point. But sometimes the 'goodbye' is the most suitable word to say. You may feel sad when it's time to say it, especially when you know you may never see her/him again. The good news is you can keep in touch with each other on the Internet.

By the way, I enjoyed the poem.
